Perfect Data Signs with SAP |

The Maltz Jupiter Theatre in
Jupiter, FL recently installed a new Dell 2990 server to upgrade their
computer infrastructure. With the help of Perfect Data Systems
(PDS) the conversion was planned for 4pm on a Sunday evening after the
box office closed and was completed before opening Monday morning.
The staff of PDS was on hand Monday morning to deal with any user issues
if needed. |

SAP the premier enterprise
management software company has signed Perfect Data as a marketing
representative in the Jupiter area. For large system design and
installation no one even comes close to SAP. John Seal, owner of
Perfect Data Systems says that while we can not compete in that
market it makes sense to us to represent the best and guide our largest
customers to someone who can provide the kind of service they need. |

Palm Beach Pops Chooses PDS for
Internet Backup Solution |
|
The Palm Beach Pops recently
decided to initiate an offsite backup program in addition to their on
site system. The new system automatically updates each night over
the internet. Files can be restored at any time in total or
individually right from the Pops offices in West Palm Beach. The
files are stored in two secured offsite locations, one in West Palm
Beach and the other in Michigan giving an added level of security. |

According to Andrew Kato, artistic
director of the theatre the installation went quite smoothly and the
staff was hardly aware of the change, except for the increased speed. |

The theatre decided to go with the
new server due to the increased traffic on their systems.
Subscription and ticket sales continue to increase at a substantial pace
while the number of computers installed has increased substantially.

Perfect Data Systems introduces
its preventative maintenance program. This program is based
on the idea that the best disaster recovery program is never to have
one. PDS feels that with the right type of planning and proper
preventative maintenance you don't have to worry about disaster
recovery. |
