Sending new mailWhen you want to send an email in Outlook you should make sure you are in the inbox screen.
Click on New and the mail screen will open.
In the box marked To: you enter the email address of the person you are writing to. You can also select a name from your contacts or other email address list by clicking on the To: You will get a dialog box which allows you to select from your contact list.
You select the contact list from the drop down box at the top of the form. You then type in a name to search the list or scroll through the list, select a name and click on it. Then you click on To: and OK. This will return you to the email with the name entered.. You can also add new names to your contact list by clicking on the new button. You can add other contact lists so that you can set up mailing lists for your company or organization. See Setting up new contact lists.
