Perfect Data Systems is a computer
hardware and software company providing a broad range of services to our
customers. Headquartered just outside of Palm Beach, Florida, we
extend our reach through the internet, remote access and a network
of affiliates.
System Installation and Maintenance
Locally we provide hardware and software
installation and maintenance services. These include virus
protection, detection and cleanup. Installation of networks,
servers and software.
We install and customize "off the shelf" and
custom business management software for clients. This can be
something as simple as Quickbooks to a full factory floor management
system with ERP and CRM capabilities such as QAD Inc.'s Mfg/PRO.
Website Design and Maintenance
We are currently providing websites for a
number of clients. These range from a purveyor of buffalo steaks
to a school and a software company.
Database Design
In the area of database design we provide
custom database solutions to clients. While we work in a number of
different languages, we specialize in Microsoft Access databases because
of the flexibility which they offer clients in custom reports and data
exchange with Excel and Word.
Access databases have great advantages in that they are infinitely
scaleable, multi user and can have a web interface all while being
relatively inexpensive to develop. In fact design can begin with a
very small database and grow as the company grows. There is no
need to develop the whole system prior to implementation. You
simply add functionality as you grow.
Software
Some of our client database development leads
to marketable products which other companies can use. In this case
we often co produce the software with our client and create a marketable
product which is a joint venture with the client.
Mass Market Software
In addition we have developed a number of
software products for personal use which we sell on the internet.
